Assistance in the recovery and modification of phenolic compounds.

FUMI Maria Daria

Role in the project

Evaluation of antifungal activity of recoverd products. Application of phenolic extracts as natural biocides in coating formulations.

AMENDOLA Danila

Role in the project

She will work on stalks fractionation and recovery and modification of phenolic compounds

MAGGI Luana

Role in the project

She will work on recovery and purification of grape skins polyphenols.
